Tech Support

If you want a top rated 1-click WordPress web hosting platform, go to Bluehost. Proud of their 24/7 customer care service, Bluehost has been going for a long time but has managed to keep completely up-to-date with the latest web hosting features. They offer tools, various hosting, cloud solutions and a money-back guarantee, although we guarantee you won’t be requesting a refund. The interface is simple and there’s always someone available to answer your questions. This might not be the cheapest web hosting platform, but you definitely get a lot for your money.

Slow support. Slow website loading. They don’t give backup copy. Crappy service. If you can avoid Bluehost. Just avoid it. waste of money.

I’d give 0 stars if I could! The chat support is clearly outsourced to the lowest bidder. Support agents only have a very limited grasp of the English language and don’t seem to have much experience in troubleshooting the most basic of hosting issues.

Our company needed a new web host for our existing woocommerce site. The first guy I talked to, the guy who took our payment, told us it would only take three days to migrate after all of the proper credentials were provided to them. While waiting for the migration to occur, I had a couple…

I am a website developer, and I used to always recommend my clients sign up with Bluehost. Not anymore. Their speed has dropped significantly, (On a business plan!) and although the support team answers the phones promptly and is polite, they have no teeth at all. They will send you to GTMetrix (don’t try and…

Stay away from them

April 9, 2018

Stay away from them! They will blame you for everything. Choose any other hoster – they’ll be better than bluehost. I could go on into more details, but trust me, you don’t want to know. If your website is more important than some tiny little meaningless blog – stay away from them.

Our nonprofit was only with BLUEHOST for about 10 days and cancelled. BLUEHOST refused our refund request and did not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Now, they are holding our rape centers’ domain names hostage and there are 1 and 4 women being raped and need to help. They are owned by Endurance…

I switched over to Bluehost in September of 2017 and boy do I wish I would have done more research on this horrible company before signing on with them. Nothing but problems, right from the start. The main problem with them is that their bottom of the barrel email server logs me out about every…
