The FollowUp productivity suite is a set of tools for your Gmail inbox. Add extra ‘contact notes’ and schedule reminders for follow-ups. Sort contacts according to location or place of work, for example, and let the CRM auto-sync with your Google calendar to schedule meetings, phone calls and conferences. Add link and open tracking to the mix and you have a Gmail addon which can keep you on top of a long list of contacts. FollowUp are looking into Outlook and Safari versions.
