It is often glitchy with sharing screens, with our own company particularly we have frequent connectivity issues. I do not get notifications for new direct messages often enough, and often miss them. I do not like that the list of every meeting you've attended stays- it looks cluttered. I'd rather that be stored somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have all kinds of trouble with this program, below are my two most common problems. I'll have to dial in with my phone so I can hear and speak as well as be logged in at my computer so I can project for the meeting. One day it works fine then, the very next morning it tells me my log-in is invalid and does not let me access the meeting. I have to reinstall, come up with fresh passwords and I'm very frustrated, joining the meeting very late.

Overall: Absolutely love circuit, it made a huge difference for our deliveries. We take the orders via our website then import them into circuit and boom it builds the route, and tells our customers when to expect us. I love the fact that our customers can send us an in flight message and this has been really handy when they have had to unexpected go out and want to leave us instructions. Circuit has saved us so much time and enabled us to provide a very professional delivery notification service. Love it!
