eLabJournal centralizes lab data in a format that is easy to use for documentation and review. The broad functionality enables a lot of options for customizing entries and tailroing protocols and accompanying data to the needs of the experiment. Other features facilitate collaboration among team members and consolidation of data for review and implementation in future projects. The whole process is very modular and integrates well with other platforms, making it a really efficient solution for LIM. I like having the inventory and journal in the same tool. It was quite easy to implement, only took us a couple of hours to teach all the team how to use it. We use it on a daily basis to record our experiments and keep track of our R&D samples. The customer support is always great, quick answering and issues solving. Overall: So far my experience with eLab Protocols has been great and has offered an easy and streamlined means for communicating methologies that have worked well and for iterating on as these methods improve. I am excited to utilize the AI-based protocol generator function in this step of the process as well since it showed some promising outputs on some preliminary demos I performed. It still generates/hallucinates citations and can provide .

Overall: Overall, I'm very pleased with eLab. It has greatly streamlined the tracking of sample receipt and downstream processing for thousands of samples, allowing me to set up standard procedures that even novice undergraduate students can follow without difficulty. Likewise, the pricing was very competitive and the team at eLab has been very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Overall: This has been a great experience. At first had only planned to use for single aspect of research project and now pushing for us to incorporate into other areas. Customer support has been excellent. Always quick to respond when have questions or requests, and so very willing to work with us to customize the system to our needs.
