JazzHR has been great for listing jobs on multiple job sites and also administering the entire recruitment process for our multiple teams. It allows everyone to track progress along the way from first interview to last round and offers to get a full history and tracked changes of the recruitment process.

The functionality is very limited and almost nothing can be customized to fit business needs. Even "custom" reporting is very limited and does not include all fields in the system. I do not recommend this ATS for a company that must adhere to an AAP report. What you see is what you get with this system - no custom fields can be created in the job, candidate profile, offer letter, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
