My team and I use Mixpanel everyday to track App-activity of users, session-level user behaviour, Refunds and revenue, performance of students enrolled in our programs. The best part about Mixpanel is the reliable tracking of every user end-to-end, right from clicking on an UTM-link, performing a transaction and returning back to our platform for another action. Ever since we integrated Mixpanel with our third-party exam-service provider, the data of performance of the user in the examinations have also been mapped directly to in-app and web-activity of the user. Besides, whenever we require specific campaign-data or custom-behaviour data, we raise a request with either the Customer Supoort team or directly with the dedicated Account Manager from Mixpanel and get a fairly fast response. What I appreciate most about Mixpanel is its robust capability to unearth deep insights and aid in strategizing effectively. As a project manager, I have used Mixpanel that is a comprehensive tool that is centered on tracking events and user profiles. The dashboard offers a very intuitive interface that includes a graphical viewer that presents complex data in easy-to-read form. There is not phone support at all, and only email support available. Imagine you have a critical business issues related to the tool that need immediate attention, you will have to wait for 24-48 hours before you get a response. Now instead of this platform being supportive to help you succeed in marketing, rather its counter productive. Its costing in losing money on potential buyers that we can't touch because of no support from the platform itself. In my opinion, never opt mixpanel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it to track user behavior throughout the entire site (SaaS), with a strong focus on the user signup flow. It is used by me (marketing + product) and sometimes designers in order to measure the attrition rate at various stages of the sign up funnel. It helps us to identify potential obstacles that users are facing in signing up for our service.

It is a fantastic tool for any workgroup; it helps promote better organization among team members, ensures smoother communication, facilitates information sharing and distribution, and improves team efficiency. It is easy to use and navigate; no extensive training is required to use it properly. Its chat function is easy to use, connecting with other people is no longer a problem, and the communication gap has disappeared. The functionality to schedule and update calendars to our liking is a great success of this software. Everything goes quite well with Mixpanel; besides, its team constantly keeps innovating and solving things.
Mixpanel is a daily use application for everyone in my organization; it helps us have a better flow of information and interaction between work teams. The user interface of this platform is simple and has a wide variety of functions and resources to help us work in the most organized way, have better team coordination, and keep efficiency high. I love that it is so easy to program our calendar to our liking, so we can prioritize our activities and know what is pending, and the best thing is that I can update the calendar if necessary. The chat function is great to improve the interaction between colleagues and share work schedules and any information with third parties.

Overall: Satisfactory! Mixapanel has helped me improve my product faster with more in-depth analysis and reporting. Tracking sign-ups from the server-side for example enabled me to get more accurate hypersensitive information without the Ad-block interruptions.
