I like the cadence options, email template functions, and how the dashboard is set up.

overall, there were some limitations that were cumbersome. there is no way to pull up all your contacts for the day and rank them. there was no mass view to weed out any leads that did not meet qualification. When looking into a specific lead, there were additional clicks that needed to be made to find the company web address. the call log feature was not straight forward - just logging the call was not enough, one had to choose success. There was no way to place a call, log and then remove from cadence. you could either log and then look up customer to remove, or remove without logging call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
