Toggl Track generates basic reports that may be downloaded as CSV or PDF files. Having a desktop program and the ability to run the timer straight in a browser is a helpful feature. Toggl Track makes it simple to keep track of how much time is spent on certain activities or projects; it's simple to establish distinct projects for each customer, tag them, and then filter them in reports. Toggl Track is quite beneficial for immediately determining where I spend the most of my time and how far I've progressed on each project. We utilized the app's data to re-evaluate when there were too many projects running concurrently, such as bringing on more partners or modifying my allotted hours. 4.5Toggl enables me to learn from previous projects and estimate better for future projects; I can learn from metrics and improve time estimates; and I appreciate the multiple perspectives, which help me understand my calendar and the projects on which my team spends the most time. In a chaotic office, the simple yet adaptable design allows me to easily keep track of how much time I spend on various activities. Toggl Track's simplicity makes it a wonderful tool; I've used it for both business and personal time monitoring. It's incredibly adjustable and error-checking, and timer start/stop is quite smooth; even the option to change the start time of a running timer is very useful and intuitive from a user standpoint. 0.0We used Toggl for months and were mostly satisfied, until it came time to cancel. They make it damn near impossible to cancel. When we did cancel, our bill jumped from $50 per month to $100 per month and it wasn't until after 2 months that we caught the issue. When I contacted customer service, they simply said they have a no refund policy. So even though we did exactly what the website said to do to cancel, they will not refund the money. 5.0I live that I can start tracking from just a few clicks, easy to use and colors help me see how I am spending my time. Also I like the graphics and reports which help me understand visualy my time and work.

4.0Overall: We've been using Toggl in our business for over a year. It's key to track the time it takes to do certain tasks. We didn't know that when we started and we weren't tracking anything. When we found that out, we started tracking our times manually (writing the time of start and the time we ended in Evernote) This activity itself took too much time. But when we discovered Toggl it was productivity-changing! It's essential for our daily activities now. We considered many options like RescueTime and others I don't remember but found Toggl to be the most straightforward/easy to use
5.0Overall: I love Toggl Track!! As a freelancer, it's indispensable for keeping track of my hours by project or client so I can create invoices (outside of Toggl Track). It makes it easy to collect the data to calculate the time I need for certain types of work, and helps me keep track of my training hours, which I need for my professional organization. All in all, I can't live without it and recommend it highly.
2.0Overall: Initial program as previously indicated, easy setup, good initial price, but with a fairly high lack of development. We believe that this prevented us from having it as number one since our needs rose and we needed immediate data and access that the program did not provide us with.
