5.0First, it is an open-source software suite and the best alternative to Microsoft Office Suite. the best thing about this office is it has all kinds of features and tools that normal employee requires in their workforce such as presentations, word file processing, and making insight using spreadsheets and so on. It has a large number of templates that make my work easier in so many ways. navigation is quite easy and user-friendly. it also supports almost all types of file formats such as Adobe PDFs, MS Office files, etc. WPS Office also provides cloud storage because of which all the files can be accessed anywhere and on any device. 4.5WPS Office has lots of options that I can use to make documents, spreadsheets, presentation papers, etc. It is newer, faster, easier to use, and lighter than the office. 10.0Our sales department is using WPS Office for the most part. I use it for spreadsheets and documents. I have a lot of data that I upload and download into databases that I use the sheets for. It replaces excel for everything I do. And then the documents, of course, I use for anything from contracts to instructions. WPS Office allows me to attach and send sheets and documents to people outside of my organization, but with Google, you have to give access.
I can download data into a sheet and send it as attachments to my client to review before I import it into their database. I can upload data right from the sheet and import into our CRM.
10.0WPS Office is being used by me personally and not by my organisation. It solves the problems Microsoft Excel used to solve.
Alternative to rather costly Microsoft product (Excel). Functions almost as equivalent to Excel. Pivot table is a great tool or feature.
10.0The whole organization is using the software for the details of the documents which are used. By using this software we can easily do our work for the betterment of the organisation. Though it is very helpful to us it creates some problems with the lacking some features. Otherwise is a wonderful software for any organisation to develop.
