    Ceipal offers a range of features. Inlucing, ATS, ONBOARDING, SUBMISSION, MAIL MERGES. It is user friendly and allows you to navigate easily and locate candidates. easy to post and find job requirments. It contribute to quicker adoption by the team and reduced training time. It is our major ATS and we are utlising all teh features of it. It is easy to get implemented and easier to navigate.     Ceipal helps to get the candidates easily categorize by relevant criteria, including skills, location, pay range and more. It has the best suitable candidates on their platform; the most I like about this ATS is its database. Also, it helps to get us the perfect match according to our requirements. Now we can we even submit the candidate on the portal of ceipal itself for the ease of the other recruiters in our organization too it has improved very well.     We are using CEIPAL ATS in our organization for multipurpose 1. Searching Candidate for various roles available at our client. 2. Onboarding of Candidate. 3. Payroll management. 4. Team Productivity. We are working in staffing industry where we serve our clients roles. CEIPAL ATS helps us to find consultant for different positions available in the market which our client wants to fill. There are different Job Boards integrated with CEIPAL ATS like Dice, Monster, careerbuilder etc. Resumes are fetched from these job boards and are saved at CEIPAL ATS database.
    Fetch resume from different Job-boards which are integrated with CEIPAL ATS. Make data of your team which help to track their day to day activity. Payroll Management - Employee can submit their Daily timesheet here.

    Overall: Positive. It made my job easier as it streamlined our hiring process and provides a ton of useful tools all in one platform. I love how it integrates with job boards and automatically updates candindates profilres, saving me some time. Also, the email merger tool is handy for communicating with multiple candidates at once.

    Overall: If I were looking for a new job, and the position in which I was interested used Ceipal in any capacity, I would probably not take that job for that reason alone. It is a bigger headache than help in my experience.
