It has the best suitable candidates on their platform; the most I like about this ATS is its database. Also, it helps to get us the perfect match according to our requirements. Overall: If I were looking for a new job, and the position in which I was interested used Ceipal in any capacity, I would probably not take that job for that reason alone. It is a bigger headache than help in my experience.
