    It is easy for employees to refer candidates and provide timely update on the various stages of the interview process. The integration between Lever and our company's job posting is also very user-friendly. As an employee, I have used Lever multiple times to refer candidates. By uploading a candidate's resume, many fields, such as candidate's information, links to LinkedIn, are automatically filled with ease.     Lever is very easy to use and navigate. If you are trying to refer someone there is a dashboard that clearly outlines who you have referred and what their status is in the application process. It's also great for tracking applications for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Lever is super useful for me to know about what hiring opportunities exist at my company, for both internal and external purposes. Additionally, whenever I refer a candidate to a role, it's incredibly easy for me to look into updates about the hiring status for that candidate (which I look at frequently).     Reporting is very very poor. Lack of visibility for Recruiters as they can only see their own open jobs, not their colleagues yet they can see and take ownership of all candidates. Relationship between job postings and Job Requisitions isn't clear enough. Lever has been designed to reduce visibility and speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I think the ease of use is great with Lever, able to have hiring manager review / move candidates along while using the reporting aspect of it to showcase your work.Also the integration part is great as it can integrate with various platform like Hired.com, HireEZ, and of course GEM for sourcing.

    Lever is amazing! It's such a step up from our previous applicant tracking system. The flexibility and cutomization options are incredible helpful. Sabrina was super helpful as an implementation specialist.

    Customer service and onboarding is a joke. Basically just scripted answers to get you out of their hair. No personalization at all. Limited capabilities. The product does not integrate properly with Google(email and calendar). There is no dashboard. No metrics on scheduling. No customization to scheduling interviews or the message interviewers and interviewees. Does not integrate with other services well. Everyone at our company complains of how difficult it makes the process.

    1) Complete lack of customer, my problems are not resolved. I literally can not speak to a PERSON. I am forced to live chat and have literally never resolved a problem using this mechanism. I am routinely sent a link to read that I've already read that DOES NOT answer my questions. 2) there are no videos online to watch to self train I have found very valuable with other softwares 3) the training offered by the company was nowhere near effective nor efficient. I love literally every system I have worked with career to date and want to love Lever but the poor / complete lack of customer service has forced me to leave the platform. I DO NOT recommend. Much better systems out there. Even if they don't schedule candidate interviews. I intend to work with another firm to add this feature as its the only "bell + whistle" missing from their current package. And not difficult to add. I am just stunned Lever will not offer a live help center, so disappointing.

    Terrible UI, just shades of grey. The workflow isn't intuitive. Its not customizable at all. You have to get someone in support to change some of the fields in your scorecard.

    We are using Lever as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We have also integrated with Checkr to run background and drug screens once the candidate has accepted the offer. Lever begins with an array of possibilities when a candidate first applies. I love the quick review feature where you can quickly move through new applicants/resumes and determine if they should move forward to the manager review or not the right fit for the position. From there you are able to place them into the archives along with the reasoning, "not a good fit", "not the right location", "position has been filled" - these are all set up according to our custom needs, which means if things change, we are also able to change with quick help from Customer Service.

    We, the total organization, are using Lever for the whole candidate management process (ATS), means from search, via interviews to contract closure. Lever helps us to manage the candidates and to generate high-quality results for our customers.
    Simple to learn user interface - It is easy to learn Lever very quickly. It has a modern user interface, is straight forward and is fully cloud based. Means everyone has access to the system which underlines modern working flexibility. Professional Workflow and simple in adapting companies' requirements - There are possibilities to generate email templates, feedback forms, and other templates to be much quicker in terms of reacting to candidate's communication. It helps to set up a structured workflow so that candidates flow to the next stage by defining simple events. In addition, Microsoft and Google email systems and integrations are properly available now. Very good and quick support - To use the integration service from Lever is really helpful and great. Every company gets a supporter who sets up the requirements with the customer. I personally appreciated the support very much because it was very kind, quick and helpful. Additional tools for searching, social network integration and structured interviewing - These are additional resources which are available in the full version package which could be good but at a much higher price point.

    We implemented LEVER throughout the organization. All of our interviewers, hiring managers, recruiters and sourcers use it regularly. We also added the additional module of LEVER NURTURE. We are working through higher adoption and successful use of NURTURE. In addition to LEVER on the desktop, we also use the LEVER extension in Chrome for LinkedIn. We are starting to use the metrics and analytics features.
    Easy calendar integration with G Suite - Google calendar. Easy integration with LinkedIn for connecting profiles using a button to the LinkedIn public profile. Recent upgrade of Jobs and Requisition. Knowing what I know now I would have recommended much more business process analysis and retooling to use these two features properly. Workflows relatively easy to modify intelligently. Reminds interviewers to complete evals and lets you re-remind them with a click.
