Our sales team has complete access to all of our marketimng collateral right from their phones and can e mail directly to their customers. We keep everything from drawings, specifications, photos, brochures, animations and powerpoint presentations on the platform. It is extremely easy to start using and implementation was a breeze. It is used by our team daily. As an administraor I enjoy the fact that customer support is excellent and we recently used the bulk uploader tool that really sped up the process of adding large numbers of documents to the portal. I love that the franchisees can now find everything they need quickly. I love that I can visually see 200 assets at time. I love that the artificial intelligence, keywords, and categories make it easy to find everything I need. And I especially love the branded portals so I can curate the assets for the needs of the franchisees each quarter. Working with Marketing Firms is easier. Working with our Europe branches is easier. So many of the things that took an hour here and an hour there are eliminated. MediaValet is a great photo library/sharing service that I use almost daily. It's easy to browse and find what you're looking for, fast to upload content, and I love not only how easy it is to share photos, but also the variety of methods of sharing photos that you can choose from based on who you're sending the photos to. Much easier to implement and integrate in a corporate setting compared to something like Google Drive. Customer support is also responsive and dedicated to finding solutions to problems. We use MediaValet to store all our cross-company digital assets. This allows multiple divisions to utilize a photograph, logo, or icon that another group had created or obtained; this ultimately reduces redundant actions and costs. The advantage of MediaValet over other digital asset storage systems is the very capable and quick searching capability; each asset can be tagged with many descriptors to help the next user to find what they are looking for with ease. The number of users of MediaValet changes periodically, but often is greater than 40 direct employees.

Overall: We historically used Google Drive for all of our media storage with is wholly inadequate. By moving over to Media Valet, we are able to store a single high resolution image that can be downloaded or shared to any specification. We are working on an integration with Wagtail, our CMS, that will allow us to pull images directly into our website.

Overall: MediaValet is a huge improvement over working with shared drives, we could never go back, the time saved searching for assets or even previewing an asset for a new project is never-ending.
