All employees use Namely to access their paystubs and tax information, benefits enrollment and information, find company news and announcements, update their personal information, request PTO, etc. Managers use Namely to request raises, change departments, titles, etc., as well as find HR forms and track, approve and deny PTO requests for their team, etc.
PTO Tracking - the app and website make it simple for employees to request PTO and for managers to approve and track their team's vacation time. Reporting - every field in Namely is reportable - which is great. We're able to track which techs have certification, for example. We use Namely to process payroll.
Reporting needs major improvement. Payroll is very limited cannot prorate. Payroll and Time do not work on same system. Manage payroll and Time create separate employee numbers rather than one. Database is restricted.
