Its only been 2 weeks with openphone, but I have to say, it is the best value and product/service that I have tried thus far. Having been in business for over 20 years, I have tried many providers. I have specific needs for communicating with my clients, and OpenPhone meets them all (plus there are extra things I haven't even thought of, which is just a bonus). I was able to port my number over (wasn't so sure I would be able to, since Comcast said that I would have to get a cell phone plan with a new 2 year contract, but OpenPhone was successful in porting over my number, and it was pretty fast too). setting up my account to fully function was intuitive, and easy. As a business owner; I highly recommend Openphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use OpenPhone daily and experience minimal downtime. In the rare instances when issues arise, the support we receive from Justine Delgadillo and the team is timely, friendly, and efficient in finding a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using the tool about 3 months now and after testing it just paid for an annual subscription (for the increased discount). Our fully virtual remote team loves using the app to eliminate clients using their personal phone numbers and have professional phone access from anywhere The shared visibility of what's happening and what tasks have been addressed has been a nice improvement. For the fee (previously we had a free number that basically served for incoming calls only) the value exchange has been more than worth it. We had one admin team member (me) serve for setup and managing the call options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is unable to use contacts stored on the phone on Android. It tries to force you to rely on syncing with a Google account for all of your contacts. Not using phone contacts is the entire point of a phone app, isn't it? I will not be using a Google account for my business contacts just so I can use this app. This makes the app useless for me, and I already regret porting my number over and paying them $10 a month. Multiple and frequent connection problems, calls dropped, lines not working, ineffective customer service which takes 2-4 days to respond. Misleading pricing, hidden fees. Go somewhere else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are too many bugs to name. Scheduled messages not sending, the time zone stuck in Arizona, so you have to change it for every message. Days to weeks before you hear back from customer support (and you always get a new person, so it feels like you are starting over.) Duplicate messages. All contacts dissappearing. Need I continue? Internet telephony, VOIP, and other IP Voice solutions have been around for some time. Vendors are in abundance too. When it comes to deciding which solution would provide the best experience, the choice can be daunting. The reason (if you're like me, are reading these reviews) is that in many cases the solutions available, can be rebranded, or resold options all claiming to be feature-rich. With such a broad spectrum of solutions, to rise to the top of a category in such a short time shows the elegant simplicity of a complex and reliable communications tool. From limits to proprietary equipment, prerequisites, or complicated pricing tiers, an IT admin almost needed another admin just for this. OpenPhone allows both at my company, and others I've talked with as well, to distribute inbound calls, messages, and more to appropriate departments with almost instant success. One of my favorite features is its integrations to a CRM, and the ability to go beyond even that with Zapier and more. If for any other reason than to redirect spam and other time expenses, this solution will win.

Call tracking is incredible with this. OpenPhone records conversations for your reference later allows automatic text and integrates with many other softwares. OpenPhone has brought our biz to the next level. All of our franchisees love it. We've tried grasshopper, Google voice, and many others. None do it as OpenPhone do it.

I use OpenPhone to provide a single business phone line for a small real estate business. It provides me with voice and text service, including graphics and photos which some competitors can't do. The integrated experience is also refreshing! Why should voicemails and texts be separated into separate apps? With OpenPhone they are combined. The web interface is super convenient since I like to use a full-size keyboard when possible for texting.

Overall: OpenPhone is a business phone and SMS solution designed specifically to make communication easier for small businesses owners and their teams. It offers a wide range of features that are tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers, and other small teams without unnecessary friction or feature bloat . With OpenPhone, you can make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and even schedule messages to be sent at a later date. I love that it lets me share my phone number with customers without revealing my personal cell phone. Plus, OpenPhone offers a simple, straightforward pricing structure that makes it an ideal choice for businesses on a budget. Works awesome with my iphone.

Overall: Had problems initially porting my number due to my problems from my previous service. I worked with one tech person at OpenPhone who was proactive, communicative, and really made me feel like my business was super important to them. The service is crystal clear, and everyone I've reached out with has been responsive very quick. Love the new services that keep being introduced, especially the auto transcript of voicemail and call recordings. Havent used the auto attendant, but plan to soon. So many features all for one low price. OpenPhone is a great business partner to have.

Overall: We needed an uncomplicated phone. Previously we were paying too much for what we needed and the system was overly complex. Openphone has been easy to work with from the get-go. The customer support has been fantastic whenever we've had a feature request or run into issues (rare). Highly recommend for small businesses and solopreneurs to separate personal phones from business.

Overall: I have lost business while using OpenPhone since calls cannot be actually answered (they are automatically disconnected). I thought maybe they had an automatic robo detector but turns out, their system just doesn't work. I have had family members trying to call that have to email us because they cannot call or text. I honestly don't know how they can do this to businesses.
