Everything. Our payroll started January 2, 2017. By April 7, 2017 we cancelled our services. We were set up for bi-weekly payroll and sadly they were unable to process one payroll successfully and correctly. We have 4 employees (we are a start up) in 4 states. They did not file for 2 of the employees in 2 states and filed in a state where we do not have a single employee. Employees were not paid the correct amount. The final straw was when they ran the same payroll twice, yes twice! This was done within 3 days of each other and you can imagine the results to the bank account of a start up.
