    First couple of times it worked ok, after a few days stopped working, tech support is slow, I mean, if you use a remote desktop app is because you NEED TO ACCESS ASAP. If you have issues with your connection and remote support takes hours to get back to you... it becomes useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I have provided IT support for numerous companies over the last 30 years. I've used Logmein, Go To My PC, Team Viewer, and most recently Barracuda RMM. Most of these tools work ok on Microsoft Operating Systems BUT have not worked smoothly on Apple Operating Systems. Almost every time there is a new operating system or a major OS update something breaks. I've wasted time with tech support and more often than not, I have to drive 10 or 20 miles to be onsite to fix the problem. It's important to me to have unattended access set up so I can maintain computers and not interrupt any client's productivity. For the first time in years, I am ecstatic because I've installed unattended access on several Apple computers running the latest operating system without any problems. Thank you RemotePC for a reliable and dependable product that is easy to install and use!!!

    I use this product so i can work from my home connected to my office computer. I had been using another product which changed their program, lost all of the old connections and provided no support to reconnect to the new one prompting me to search for an alternative. I came across RemotePC and decided to give it a try. The down load was exceptionally easy on both ends and it worked perfectly from the start. And the subscription price is considerably less than the one i was previously using. I have not had occasion to ask for technical support .

    Overall: My overall experience using the tool when not running into any issues is alright, if everything was working and going to plan i was able to work as intended. Unfortunately, this is a rare occurrence for me personally. Due to the lack of EU support, we have had to wait days for an issue to get solved, sometimes even to not get an answer back till we contact support back ourselves. Because of this support and the continuous number of issues we have run into we, at the current state of the product, would not recommend it to businesses planning on using it in the EU region. I feel like the product would be a lot more useable if you have the phone support the US region does, this is why i recommend getting an EU line.

    Overall: I've been using Remote PC for few years now and recommend it to many people. For some reason it is not very known in industrial automation world. I used before Go To My PC and TeamViewer, didn't notice much difference except price.

    Overall: Compared to what we have been using for years, this is much, much better! I would get kicked out all the time and have to reload it. Recently they changed and we could not download it with blacking it out.

    Overall: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC
