I love the preset introductions and signatures, it helps me respond to reviews without having to come up with something all on my own. It makes it easy to see all reviews and respond accordingly. I also like seeing both the Reputation and Review scores together on the Dashboard. In addition, Reputation Score X provides a detailed explanation of how we are performing and what is affecting our score. It really simplifies things and gives us areas that we can work on. Using the SMS platform to request for customer review isn't ideal since it connot directly linked to the review platform that we want to redirect. Something need to be fixed with the redirection tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
