    The thing I like the most is that we can track all the calls by just entering the phone number or the agent name and it gives all data of when we called and for how many minutes we talked on that number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Calls are constantly dropping and if you are lucky to get a call the callers are often unable to hear you when you answer. There are also weird things were calls won't be able to be placed on hold and you have to use the mute button instead and phantom hold music will play after a call is finished.     That they forced everyone to change over to a system that doesnt work as well for anyone. Our project manager given to us to help install a dialer has been horrifically bad. Havent made an ounce of project and shes taken 2 vacations. Wish we we had better support and communication and think they made a lot of decisions that were not based on their customers.     The technical support. Very canned responses to issue and refer you continually to knowledge base articles with very scripted responses and the appearance of no real experience with the product.     Talkdesk is great! it is very simple and easy to use. It is great for managing call flow and helps us to better serve customers in our support department. I have been using Talkdesk for about six months and so far I do not have any complaints. I would recommend Talkdesk to anyone looking into it. It has been great thus far!

    TalkDesk helps us every day by bringing happiness to customers all across the United States. We rent out parking spots at garages from California all the way to Canada and we couldn't do it without TalkDesk. TalkDesk is very reliable with phone calls, customers can hear us crystal clear(unless they have bad service), and we are able to bring people together one parking space at a time. If we didn't have TalkDesk then SpotHero wouldn't be the best App that it is out today! GO TALKDESK!!
    Bring customers and us closer together. Help communicate internally within our company. Helps non-tech savvy people to help other customers with ease.
