5.0How easy and quick it is to submit an expense claim/receipt. How easy to the the website is to submit a mileage claim and edit using map view if take an alternative route. Easy to review and re submit claims as each claim has a number which are easy to find. 0.0Everything, it is very painful to use to submit expenses and no normal user understands what is required to submit an expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Its a fantastic product, seamlessly addressing our business needs through a well thought through expenses system which links nicely into our finance system. Our staff really like it, its efficient with their time whilst providing the required controls for senior management to ensure expenses are placed in line with agreed policy.

10.0I am using Webexpenses to manage my personal and work related expenses. It is being used by the whole organisation internationally. It addresses the problem of manually having to write out expenses and assists the finance team with the ease of the product. It is a great service for our company.

10.0Webexpenses is used by my office to track, follow-up and settle work related expense. It is widely used in my department and the whole organization in my relevant region. Webexpenses has been useful especially in these times as we have been required to work from home. It provides a simple interface to upload and share expenses that can then be later settled.

4.0Overall: The crew was and continues to be extremely helpful in getting this product up and running, as well as in maintaining it running properly. Excellent customer service, simple to use, and we have a number of approval sets ups and cost centers that are pretty complex. The team did an excellent job of assisting with the setup.
3.0Overall: The platform is robust and can handle the reimbursement/receipt/approval process effectively but the user interfaces are poor and make the user work too hard when performing simple tasks. I dread the monthly billing cycle because of the cumbersome nature of the interfaces.
5.0Overall: It's been brilliant from the very beginning. We received plenty of support with implementation / setting up, and customer service was always available when we needed help
