BenchmarkONE Overview

I use Hatchbuck across my whole organization (we're a small team of 2). We use it for keeping all of our contacts in one place, tagging/segmenting our contacts, and creating and deploying automated email campaigns. It makes it easy to keep track of contacts generated from different channels -- for example, I have zaps in Zapier set up so that all contacts from my website and lead gen tools are all automatically imported and tagged to Hatchbuck. Hatchbuck is also making it easy for me to reach different groups of contacts with unique messaging (for instance, I won't send the same email messages to my cold leads that I send to my warmer ones, and this is all automated).
Email marketing. Their WYSIWYG email editor has a lot of options for customization, but also offers templates if you're not great with code or you're in a hurry. Keeping contacts organized. There are tons of ways to categorize contacts - using tags, labels, and other data. Automated contact "points." You can set up automations to add or subtract points from contacts based on their behavior (site visits, social media visits, clicks, etc.) to gauge how warm/cold your leads are. Customer service. Their team is really stellar and they really care about their clients!

Original: The User Interface is outdated and horrible. It's difficult to navigate, and not intuitive at all. All of the features you need exist, just in strange places. However, I have called their customer support and they were able to quickly point me in the right direction which I really appreciate. If they redesigned the UI I'd be a big fan. In other design terms, I really dislike the email templates. I currently use MailChimp to make templates and import the HTML into Hatchbuck. The drag and drop editor on their emails is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Edited: GUESS WHAT. Hatchbuck tried to update their horrible UI and made the situation extremely worse. They sent the same email from us multiple times and got us marked as spam. I understand things happen, but when you try to call or contact them, they hide behind voicemail!!! They say "oh we are soooo busy because of our redesign that we can't answer the phone." One of the previous best things about them was the ability to call and talk to a person and get support. They are deep in the hole with this and know it. So instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing - like we had to to more than 8,000 people - they are hiding like cowards. UNACCEPTABLE.
