In reality, heat map reports are rarely useful. They usually tell a story you already know. If the correlation between eye-gaze and cursor movements were academically established, heat map reports would have been a great tool for discovering online behavioral opportunities and gaps. Ho trovato molto utile e ben strutturata tutta la parte relativa alle registrazioni delle sessioni degli utenti. La possibilit di inserire commenti e note aggiuntive molto comoda. E il fatto che gi di base vengano segnalati i momenti salienti, distinti in base al tipo di interazione dellutente (goal raggiunto o rage click etc..) rendono pi semplice lesplorazione e lanalisi delle sessioni. Ottima anche la parte sulle heatmap. Anche i sondaggi sono bene strutturati e con tante funzionalit customizzabili.

Overall: I would be surprised if there was a CRO or UX team that hasn't heard of Hotjar. It's a great little tool, especially given the price, but it doesn't allow enough flexibility to be your main on-site research tool. It's really good for starting out and doing some basic research. Sweet and simple! I guess marketers could benefit the most from this!
