    The most helpful feature of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is that all of the activities that you conduct as a business (e.g communications that you send out to customers whether it a marketing email, workflow, quote) is all tracked and can easily be transformed into KPI's as a dashboard for your department.     Love using Marketing Hub for our needs! It is such a great tool to bring together a timeline of events on a client account in an area where we can collaborate on what we as a company need to do to continue being the best in our division. The Marketing Hub always us to track new and current customer activity on our website. It also allows us to share online marketing campaigns with our contact base.     The Marketing Hub is used in multiple ways. We use the landing pages to drive leads, email to keep in contact with our customers and prospects, social to grow community and awareness and ads to manage all of our social and google ad campaigns. My favorite by far is the ads. It makes it so simple to target and remarket to fans and users.
    Easy to use the platform The ads portion is so simple and makes stuff like remarketing on social platforms super simple. Campaigns are excellent for keeping an eye on the all parts of the campaign from setting and tracking goals to integrating all of the pieces in one simple place. Landing pages - super simple to use to create effective landing pages.

    I am a daily user of HubSpot Marketing Hub, and I have to confess I was really reticent to using it the very first time I was introduced to it. I am using it daily to receive leads to our school, to communicate with our customers, to keep track of responses, tasks, and documents. It is very well organized and reliable, and it helps me be very organized in my work. I use templates to communicate, and they make my work so much easier.

    Overall: It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.

    Overrated and very overpriced. What was once the young innovate competitor to SalesForce has become the incumbent. We and many other users have been requested crucial features for years, which they still haven't implements. In the meantime prices have sky rocketed.

    Worst CRM ever, incoming emails don't logged and it takes so much of my time just to manually log emails. Useless customer service making you go through 10,000 steps and wait for the problem to solves itself!
