Adobe Analytics is an effective and powerful tool for data analytics with tremendous features of getting data insights in several forms. Also addition to this its ability to provide a good dashboard to make it easy to understand the data and map it based on our own requirements is quite impressive. Apart from this, there is some learning curve but that gives ease of Integration to the developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Analytics it's built with simple design hence making it so easy to use and very user-friendly to the new users since they don't need to worry about technical knowledge and also no need of data connectivity or cleaning. It offers high customizable options which now user can customize according to their user needs. I also like the seamless integrations which we use to integrate external data for better and enhanced reporting. I also like the analysis workspace which has a lot of visualizations tools which are very useful during the creation of our dashboards easily. The user interface is very user-friendly and easy to use hence helps me to quickly generate reports and easily analyze any amount of data fast. The support team is wonderful and great innovative solutions all around.
Adobe Analytics comes with an in-built workspace, which is a drag-and-drop canvas for custom analysis and visualizations. This tool is always being improved to provide the most up-to-date features and ways to make work easier and effective. I like the approach and we'll planned and organized training session from each specher. Unparalleled support available 24/7.

We use Adobe Analytics at our organization as part of the Adobe Experience Platform to help us understand client interaction with our web properties including public web, online banking, and our application flows. We are able to take complex measurement plans that help us understand user engagement with features down to a component level and iterate in our sprints to improve our products utilizing the data we capture from our analytics implementation.
Full-featured, ability to capture any data point that is needed for your measurement in an easily reportable way with events, eVars, props, listVars, & classifications on top f these variables. Heavily customizable, the ability to utilize your own logic to match your existing reporting & terms when setting up variables & events for tracking. If you wanted over 100 variables set whenever a page load, you could do it if your use case requires it! Industry-standard, originally named Site Catalyst, Adobe Analytics has a history in this space of being an innovator and adapting to the space as it has dramatically changed over the years. From Adobe Launch to custom code implementations, to DXM event forwarding, Adobe Analytics has a path for the next 5-10 years to still be extremely relevant to your organization.

We use Adobe Analytics across our digital team to provide analysis for product management, digital marketing, and digital analytics. We use it to track different external and internal campaigns. Through Adobe Analytics, we are able to regulate and share our data across different stakeholders at ease. In addition, we are able to use Report Builder to automate reports to send to associates across all different departments.

Overall: I am able to analyze traffic sources, trends of webpage views and customer journey using out-of-the-box Adobe Analytics reports. So, I can use those insights to optimize site content and layout. But in order to optimize products and categories, I need e-commerce reports enabled which needs additional development dollars which my budget doesn't allow. Same is true for more in-depth pathing, A/B testing or online-to-offline reports through Discovery, Target and Insight tools. So, Adobe Analytics' ROI is high for traffic and pathing but low for e-commerce analytics.
