It is user friendly. I can find information needed with ease. It has an app for the staff to use for taxes and timekeeping.

From time and attendance to implementation, payroll... the list goes on and on. I was very excited to start ADP but I quickly learned that it was not as great. For example, I was told that taxes would be as easy as clicking the states and following the directions but the link doesn't even bring you to the correct spot and you are still having to search. Also when ADP automatically tells you there's a problem with a state's tax information, there is no way of knowing if they are asking about the SUTA or the WTH.
