Apprezzo molto l'implementazione dei workflow, che permettono azioni automatizzate ogni volta che viene compiuta un'azione - dalle cose pi semplici, come una notifica mail ogni volta che si riceve una risposta, a cose pi complesse come l'inserimento di dati nei database. Un plauso particolare all'assistenza via chat che veramente sul pezzo e molto efficiente.
