What are credit rollovers?
In simple terms, the rollover credits are the unused credits that you can carry over to the next subscription period. However, there is a limit to how many rollover credits you can have. The maximum number of rollover credits you can accumulate is five times the number of credits from your current active plan.
For example, if your plan gives you 1,000 credits per year, the maximum number of rollover credits you can have is 5,000. Once you reach that limit, you won’t be able to carry over any more unused credits until the next period.
Also, the rollover credits and the time period for which they are valid depend on your active subscription plan. So, if you upgrade or change your plan, the rollover credits from the old plan might not apply to the new one.
