What I like most about PairSoft is their seamless integration with Raiser's Edge. A few years ago, I upgraded our office to their cloud based software and it works like a charm. I have everything I need at my fingertips when it comes to our audits and speaking with donors about their gifts. I love being able to see all my attachments on demand in just a matter of seconds. The worst part about Pairsoft is its technical support and account management teams. They are unresponsive and routinely do not follow through. I've had urgent tickets sit in their queue for weeks without any response other than receiving the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The version of Papersave that we are on does not play well with newer operating systems. It still requires an old version of SQL server and an EOL (end of life) version of Microsoft Server, specifically MS Server 2008 R2. This is a huge security concern. Also, there is no way to administer Papersave from an IT standpoint. We must always contact Papersave support to fix anything. Lastly, we had to update Blackbauds RE to a new security patch, for PCI compliance, and Papersave broke in RE. I have been told that I have to pay for an upgrade to Papersave to make Papersave integrate again with RE. That is not cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PaperSave is being used in our Advancement division. The program has been integrated into Raiser's Edge so all fundraising staff have access to view noteworthy documents for our constituents. They also have the ability to add documents to records for other Major Gift Officers and front-line fundraisers to review if needed. The program helps our organization have a more detailed overview of our individual constituents. Raiser's Edge has many fields, however, there's no particular place where we can add specific documents and upload them to a record. While the notes area of Raiser's Edge is helpful to get a better idea of what steps have been taken with a constituent, PaperSave allows for a more comprehensive snapshot of an individual.

Supporting documentation for all master records and transactions (created digitally or scanned paper docs) are attached to the record while the operator is on the record. These documents are automatically assigned meta data based on the transaction for easy searching afterwards (sales order number, customer number, etc.)
