Unauthorized subscription auto-renewal! Be WARNED! I purchased PRO license and wanted to upgrade to Enterprise so I could white-label reports. The cost to upgrade was more than the Enterprise license. I contacted support and they recommended buying a new Enterprise license and just replacing the keys in my program. There was no mention I should disable auto-renewal. I was unexpectedly charged an auto-renewal. I had the "Notify me by email when subscription is about to expire" checked. I did NOT get any notification prior to the charge. I contacted support the SAME DAY of the charge and requested a refund. I was told no refunds! Nowhere in the software can you turn off auto-renewal. They make it difficult and hidden to cancel renewals. You have to go to the 2checkout site but when you go there on your myAccount you'll see a list of your purchases but no option to cancel. You can click on order details and again no option to cancel. There is a "Request Refund" button but they won't give refunds as I tried that. You need to navigate to the My Products page in order to access the option to disable the Auto-Renewal. They did offer to extend my Enterprise license by 6 months. In my opinion, the way they handle auto-renewals is designed to be intentionally difficult to cancel and was poor customer service to deny a refund when requested on the same day due to a charge that was obviously unwanted and unexpected. If you do purchase this product I suggest first thing you do is cancel auto-renewal. You can always renew manually if you wish too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
