I like the fact that Shutterstock seems to have more local-oriented photos on the site. They're very easy to find and easy to download and use. The quality of the images I have used is high, and they're not on multiple other sites like their competitors. I use the site at least once a month and they have some interesting features I am just now beginning to explore. My only issue with customer support was handled quickly and easily. Shutterstock advertises a free account and then links you to a page to turn off the auto-renew of your subscription. This doesn't turn it off despite appearing to, and then they bill you without sending emails to notify you. If you want to cancel, they want to charge extra.
