It makes it simple to measure time spent on tasks and projects, establish numerous projects for each customer, add descriptions and tags, and run reports depending on those criteria. Toggl Track generates basic reports that may be downloaded as CSV or PDF files. Having a desktop program and the ability to run the timer straight in a browser is a helpful feature. Toggl Track makes it simple to keep track of how much time is spent on certain activities or projects; it's simple to establish distinct projects for each customer, tag them, and then filter them in reports. The user-friendly interface helps me to simply organize all of my work in one spot, and the reporting option allows me to see how far I've come on each project in a particular time frame. Toggl Track is quite beneficial for immediately determining where I spend the most of my time and how far I've progressed on each project. We utilized the app's data to re-evaluate when there were too many projects running concurrently, such as bringing on more partners or modifying my allotted hours. Toggl enables me to learn from previous projects and estimate better for future projects; I can learn from metrics and improve time estimates; and I appreciate the multiple perspectives, which help me understand my calendar and the projects on which my team spends the most time. In a chaotic office, the simple yet adaptable design allows me to easily keep track of how much time I spend on various activities. Toggl Track's simplicity makes it a wonderful tool; I've used it for both business and personal time monitoring. It's incredibly adjustable and error-checking, and timer start/stop is quite smooth; even the option to change the start time of a running timer is very useful and intuitive from a user standpoint. We used Toggl for months and were mostly satisfied, until it came time to cancel. They make it damn near impossible to cancel. When we did cancel, our bill jumped from $50 per month to $100 per month and it wasn't until after 2 months that we caught the issue. When I contacted customer service, they simply said they have a no refund policy. So even though we did exactly what the website said to do to cancel, they will not refund the money. Overall: I like to use Toggl Track everyday to keep track of all the time I work in each task and know which projects take more time. I also use it to track my team's time and workflow to ensure that everything is productive and tasks are being completed in time, to avoid any issues during our projects, and when working with specific clients, this tool comes in handy too. This application has allowed us to be more mindful of our time and it's just a simple tool that helps us achieve better results faster.

Overall: Overall I'm left unsure who the market for Toggl actually is as its features are so limited you may as well use other more mainstream free software (like Google Calendar) which even has better functionality. And that's saying something as I'm not a fan of Google's shoddy UX!
