5.0Their customer support is fantastic and available to meet regularly to answer any questions we have. They have also been very receptive to feedback about additional features we'd like to see and have implemented a number of requested items. The system is very easy to use from an admin and user perspective. The platform is very customizable which makes it easy for us to configure our internal processes with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5In my experience, Zip has proven to be quite agile in terms of its functionality, there are many customizations and configurations available. I particulary appreciate how easy it is to modify and adjust workflows, which are neatly displayed as a visual swimlane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5The support and implementation team from Zip have also been great throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5There are duplicated steps (anticipated total spend) vs. line item breakdown that makes the process a bit tedious for PO submitters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0The provisioning and de-provisioning of users is clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0As a user from asian country, I think the only dislike with ZIP is the availability of their admins and/or customer support since they're based in western countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Love the flexibility of super workflow solution.
5.0While I am fairly new to Procurement, I am not new to using tools/software. It is an easy tool to learn/keeps your purchases flowing with visibility across the purchase. You can taper the workflow easily if/when there is change in the organization/types of purchases. The support team is amazing, they do not delay if you have any issues. More importantly, they welcome feedback on improvements and implement them.
5.0The product gives visibility to our users and everyone involved in the procurement process, allowing procurement to focus on adding value vs pushing paper.
4.0Senti algumas dificuldade para adaptar o software s minhas necessidades.
4.0non mi sembra ne abbia di importanti, ci vuole un po di pratica per sfruttarlo bene
4.0Usability for managing large volumes. Can be difficult to navigate from one request to the next.Loading times of the software can be slowIntegration with IronClad constantly breaks

10.0We use Zip Intake-to-Procure to manage our procurement process. We process all purchase requests as well as virtual card requests through the Zip Intake-to-Procure platform and take the user through all stages of approval (security, IT, legal, and finance). Zip Intake-to-Procure allows us to give visibility to our employees on where their request is at all times and helps us measure SLAs for everyone involved.
No coding - Ability for the administrator to make changes without development resources helps us be agile as a procurement org. Visibility to the user in a great user interface Accountability (helps us track SLAs on response time), Audit trails keeping track of everything The implementation team was incredible, as is ongoing support. They want you to succeed in your goals vs. just implement their tool
10.0Zip Intake-to-Procure is being across the whole organization.
The intake form solves for what was otherwise manual for us. UI is really easy to use and honestly very impressive. The integrations into our GRC systems, JIRA tickets, and existing Netsuite is essential for us. Slack integration makes things even easier.
10.0We use Zip for approving all non-expensed spend at Nylas. Approvals across hierarchy, finance, accounting, IT, legal, and other teams all are routed through Zip. We can now get full visibility into upcoming spend and plan better, and push back when we need to.
Slack integration Very flexible workflows Virtual card capabilities
9.0Intake portal for all company requests. Central hub for spend data/contact documents and great flexibility on building and customizing workflows. Allows for requesters to track progress on their requests and have communication documented for future reference. Lots of integrations allowing ability to leverage automation and the Zip Engineering team is very agile, constantly making improvements to the product based on user feedback.
9.0Zip was deployed to our entire organization: about 850 FTE employees. All vendor-level approvals across finance, security, IT, legal, and other teams are routed via Zip, as well as all vendor onboardings. Eventually, it will also be used to simplify the way that we procure as well since it will be integrated directly into NetSuite.
Integrations into TrustArc and some other less popular systems we use Improved notification configurations More flexible reporting capabilities
9.0We use Zip for all of our purchase requests. We manage all approvals (Business Leader/Budget Owner, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement) in the tool and also leverage it for document collection. Zip alleviated visibility issues for requestors around status of their requests and enabled us to reduce cycle times for end-to-end approvals of requests & contracts.
More robust reporting - ability to configure reports Can improve ability to interact externally with vendors

5.0Overall: It's been a great tool, especially being new to procurement. I have seen what no procurement process can do, not only first hand but done research into how companies manage procurement. If they would invest in visualization, managing purchases rather than not having budget, after spending, companies would be more profitable, and retain employees.
5.0Overall: Zip has been a great tool and resource for our company. The customer support team has been very responsive and helpful every step of the way from implementation, to go-live, and sustainment. Their Admin training is helpful in ensuring companies are equipped with the right knowledge to maintain the system on their own.
5.0Overall: The support team is amazing and super responsive. The product/engineering team takes all requests into consideration and the tool has improved drastically from 2yrs ago when we started.
4.0Overall: It benefits our Procurement Team by saving time and streamlining processes. Overall my experience with Zip has been positive and less stressful.
