It was simple to set up, easy to use and it did everything we needed. I like the integration with Hubspot to automatically upload the transcropt, AI notes and recording. I love how easy of a tool it is to use. I use it every single day to help me improve my sales skills. If I need a quick summary of my call Avoma grabs the most important parts and helps me save a ton of time. If my customers want a quick recording of our latest meeting, Avoma makes it really easy to share. I also really like how simple it is to create a snippet. I can't even explain to you how many times I have used an important snippet to share with some of our potential buyers. Integrating took a few minutes. poor word processing capabilities in the notes, glitches with deleting meeting notes/being able to see others notes, the automatic items that populate notes after meetings process are not helpful and actually just make the notes messy (having a way to disable that would be nice), a shared notes tab would be helpful since you do not retain any formatting when you copy and paste other people's notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had many issues with bugs, and the product is not as intuitive as Gong. Their knowledge base is not robust and I'm reaching out to their support team and my CSM multiple times a week to get clarity on how the product should work or report bugs. calls are automatically recorded being able to go back and watch my calls again to make sure I catch everything a customer is saying. the transcript is so helpful to review the conversation and catch any missing details from the notes I take while on the call. Avoma is a wonderful platform that offers solutions for collaboration, saving time, and advancing projects. It offers tools such as real-time note-taking with time stamping and contextual linking to the recording of the meeting that can easily be heard later, with live dialers that help you not get distracted during the conversation. I really like Avoma for being very easy to use, adjusting to our needs, being flexible, visually pleasing, and with end-to-end security where all our data is protected. It helps during meetings not to miss the key points of the conversation, it offers the option to integrate with favorite tools we already use like calendars, meeting apps, and bookmarks.
