Being an avid notetaker, I love that I am not missing anything and can go back and read it ALL in the transcript. I'm delighted with how much more present I can be and not worry about getting all the information I need. Fathom is a double timesaver! Having both the transcript doc to edit and pull ideas from without having to enter my handwritten notes, and quickly and easily send the link and notes to clients and the team frees up so much time. I use it for every recording, transcribing, and notetaking in every Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call I attend. The outstanding notetaking skills of the system allows me to focus on my clients / the person I'm speaking with, rather than capturing what they say. I'm able to be more present in meetings as a result. Additionally, keeping tabs on how much I'm talking vs the other person in the meeting is so valuable! The new notes feature where you can change the format of the notes entirely with a click of the button (change templates) is outstanding. And the Zapier integration is great. I have a zap set to send each action item to my to do list in Clickup (my task management system).

It's very easy to use and you can set it to start with all your meetings if desired. I have the Mac app installed, which is easy to install and setup. I use Fathom with almost all my meetings. After the meeting is over you will almost immediately get an email with the full transcript, the recorded video with linked timestamps and multiple summary options. These options are amazing! Depending on the type of meeting (sales call, project kick-off), the summary will be presented in a very meaningful structure that you can use as a base for your next steps. The notes are also linked to timestamps in the original conversation so you can refer back to them for details. There are several options for exporting the conversation and summaries, including Notion, Google Docs, Asana, Gmail, Todoist and MS Word. It also creates a list of the questions that are asked by all attendees, which can be used for so many things. You can download the video if needed and send it to all attendees with a quick link. And when you view all meetings they each have a video thumbnail, which makes it so much easier to sort through. Support has always been top-notch. They answer quickly and are very helpful.

Fathom has improved so much since I started using it a couple of years ago. Any feature that I've asked about ended up being added (being able to download videos, download snippets, etc.) the team is a step ahead about making the user experience great. The notetaker has made my life so much easier during sales demos where I can focus on the conversation and not have to worry about manually taking notes. I also love the seamless HubSpot integration - if I mention that I need to do a task on a call, Fathom will automatically create a Task for me on HubSpot so that I won't forget what to do. Also like that Fathom automatically creates a link to the Fathom video on a prospects Contact page in HubSpot.

Absolutely fabulous. It has really changed the power of my own sales, as well as enabled me to take dives into each agent and figure out what may or may not have gone well in a call. The fact that I can mark to-dos in the meeting as I say them, and have them pushed into my CRM task list is remarkable. I went from someone who had a lot of trouble remembering everything that was promised in a meeting (without an assistant or a note taker) to not forgetting a single thing. It really is amazing.
