I like how the bot flow was easy to set up and develop. And also the dashboard looks good and user friendly for some beginner.

I wish we had known about this before hand,or maybe Livechat had released this like two year ago.We only began using Botengine this year,and it has reduced the workload in the marketing/sales departments in terms of the number of customer query we have to attend to on a daily basis, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
