The platform is still learning. I often get copy suggestions (especially for longer-form pieces) that need to be heavily edited or have references that mention the wrong company or product. I feel concerned that the AI may be pulling random phrases from the internet and fear accidentally plagiarizing another author. For this reason, I don't use the longer-form features. All-in-all my first impressions and experience with Copy.ai are that it can be a useful and helpful tool for the right person. I found that it was easy to use, and that it could be a way to motivate myself to finish some content writing even if I'm not feeling too creative. Additionally, I think that it could be helpful for someone who needs to output a lot of shorter pieces of content quickly. Overall, I'm glad I tried out Copy.ai and would recommend it to others who are looking for a tool to help them with their writing.
