    First of all, the platform. I am using the WA Business app and came to know about the offered APIs to automate the conversations. I was absolutely thrilled after knowing there exists a platform that will help me create chat flows without getting into the coding part. Other than that the things which I liked most about the platform are brief tutorials of various terminologies and their customer support.
