I love their little widget and it helps to always check if my noise cancellation is on. The call summary is really cute, it helps to know how much % of the call you were talking and how long my Zoom meeting was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So a few things I think Krisp can improve on. The most important is stability. in 2020, I was on a PC and I've moved to a Mac since, I can say crashes happen on both platforms. A lot of times it's either locks up to the point I can make any change (more on that later) or crashes the laptop altogether, and this can get ugly as you'll need to fully reboot your computer by holding down the power button. The other thing which I hope Krisp can solve is the amount of CPU it uses. on the older pc I had, the processor is a few years old i believe it's the 7th gen core i7 and the mac i have the 11th gen core i7, on both, you can see it pegs the CPU and causes the fan on the laptop to spin up, the lockup from what I mentioned above might be because of the CPU usage. Lastly, Krisp blocks out background nonhuman noise, meaning if you're in a room and someone in the room talks loudly it still will let the voice go through. I think they have a beta version on the PC side that does remedy this, but I have not tested it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
