5.0Our sales team has complete access to all of our marketimng collateral right from their phones and can e mail directly to their customers. We keep everything from drawings, specifications, photos, brochures, animations and powerpoint presentations on the platform. It is extremely easy to start using and implementation was a breeze. It is used by our team daily. As an administraor I enjoy the fact that customer support is excellent and we recently used the bulk uploader tool that really sped up the process of adding large numbers of documents to the portal. 5.0I love that the franchisees can now find everything they need quickly. I love that I can visually see 200 assets at time. I love that the artificial intelligence, keywords, and categories make it easy to find everything I need. And I especially love the branded portals so I can curate the assets for the needs of the franchisees each quarter. Working with Marketing Firms is easier. Working with our Europe branches is easier. So many of the things that took an hour here and an hour there are eliminated. We would have never been able to hit deadlines after covid hit and our labor was drastically cut if we had not already created our DAM with Media Valet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5MediaValet is a great photo library/sharing service that I use almost daily. It's easy to browse and find what you're looking for, fast to upload content, and I love not only how easy it is to share photos, but also the variety of methods of sharing photos that you can choose from based on who you're sending the photos to. Much easier to implement and integrate in a corporate setting compared to something like Google Drive. Customer support is also responsive and dedicated to finding solutions to problems. 1.0The organization features are hard to manage. Taxonomy is uni-heirachical only. There should be a faceted taxonomy implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.53. Some times we need to upload the files more than ones. They appear pending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5Sometimes log in's from different accounts get crossed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Overall: The fundamental problem we have solved is categorization and easily-accessible storage of a vast number of images of our products and capabilities coming in from a large range of sources literally around the world. A picture of a valve taken by a service person in the field in Mozambique can now be identified, categorized, described, and stored so that a senior VP in Edmonton can find it among a selection of other valve pictures, and download it for use in their presentation. Prior to MediaValet, the filing system for our 42,000-plus images was scattered among several document filing systems in several platforms across three corporations - and most often on local laptops of individuals who needed to make sure they could find what they wanted when they wanted it.
1.0Overall: I interact with MediaValet as a vendor, and it can be quite a nightmare. Our company usually has large amounts of media that have to be uploaded at a time (multiple photoshoots, videos, etc), and I always feel like I'm playing Russian Roulette when uploading to MediaValet. Sometimes, my upload finishes in minutes. But more often than not, it will take hours for it to upload, only to be met by an "error" message at the end, or have my files stuck in an endless "processing period." I've wasted so many hours uploading overnight, only to have to do it again the next day. Granted, I can only speak to my experience from the vendor side, not the user side, but I would NOT recommend this to anyone wanting to impress or improve the quality of life for vendors.
5.0Overall: We have a lot of employees who work from two computers, and by having their information in Mediavalet they can synchronize their laptops and their computers, reducing the need for the technical department to offer a solution to synchronize multiple devices. Charge of it Some of them we did like, but there would have to be equipment that was brought in to hold the assets and such, which would be ok, but then we would have to maintain the equipment. And then if there is an equipment issue we would likely have to wait for a representative to come fix it and hope it works. Just too much hassle for something we basically wanted to put assets on and keep them there for distribution.
5.0Overall: I am amazed by the convenience it brings to our lives, I have been using it for a long time and recommend it to my colleagues.
5.0"Easy To Use and Very Help Customer Service"
5.0Overall: It's fine as it is right now
