Our sales team has complete access to all of our marketimng collateral right from their phones and can e mail directly to their customers. We keep everything from drawings, specifications, photos, brochures, animations and powerpoint presentations on the platform. It is extremely easy to start using and implementation was a breeze. It is used by our team daily. As an administraor I enjoy the fact that customer support is excellent and we recently used the bulk uploader tool that really sped up the process of adding large numbers of documents to the portal. I love that the franchisees can now find everything they need quickly. I love that I can visually see 200 assets at time. I love that the artificial intelligence, keywords, and categories make it easy to find everything I need. And I especially love the branded portals so I can curate the assets for the needs of the franchisees each quarter. Working with Marketing Firms is easier. Working with our Europe branches is easier. So many of the things that took an hour here and an hour there are eliminated. We would have never been able to hit deadlines after covid hit and our labor was drastically cut if we had not already created our DAM with Media Valet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MediaValet is a great photo library/sharing service that I use almost daily. It's easy to browse and find what you're looking for, fast to upload content, and I love not only how easy it is to share photos, but also the variety of methods of sharing photos that you can choose from based on who you're sending the photos to. Much easier to implement and integrate in a corporate setting compared to something like Google Drive. Customer support is also responsive and dedicated to finding solutions to problems. We use MediaValet to store and share media files for and with our school partners. The previous platform we used was limited to our international audiences and was not backed by the cloud. MediaValet allows us to share media files seamlessly and continues to be appreciated by our 200+ partner schools!

We are a small non-profit with a relatively small staff and a comparatively large number of videos. We were founded by Fred Rogers, who produced almost 1,000 episodes of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. We now have five programs in production. Media Valet has helped us every step of the way as we migrated from a less responsive DAM to their site. We lost virtually no metadata along the way. In addition, MediaValet converted almost 3,000 video clips to the exact audio compression, frame rate, and resolution that we requested. They have always been available to answer questions and meet with us weekly to address any needs or questions that arise. They have a good product and great customer service.
They are always seeking to improve their product. They respond almost immediately to questions. They have tailored and delivered specific training programs to address the different needs of our marketing and production departments. Assets upload relatively quickly. I have never experienced downtime when I access our DAM. It's an intuitive experience. It's easy to discover the logic of how and why things work the way they do. The staff welcomes interaction.

I stepped in after MediaValet had been implemented by someone who had left the company. MediaValet was easy to learn but also has incredible customer service—including dev support—so not only was I able to ramp up quickly to take the reins of a large content migration, I was able to customize the tool for our team. Very happy with the product and the people.
