Overall: The customer service and level of care they provide to their users is unmatched. I've never seen anyone treat their users with such care. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the software and are successful with it. They will do video support emails, screen share walkthroughs, and the founders do educational webinars and audits/roast for free. Fantastic support makes them amazing!

Overall: My experience with Surfer has been great. I've had good results from several other optimization tools, but Surfer has clearly been the best.
