BHuman brings latest innovations in machine learning to the masses by enabling everyone to create mass personalization videos. The software really helps break the ice with customers and show yourself as more relatable than just a piece of text in an email. I found BHuman's end result personalization to be usable, and when done right, it can really be impleneted to send mass videos to a long list of clients. The price is 100% worth it for what it gives you as capability.

The concept is amazing. Creating custom videos from a single recording can be gamechanger. Record once, input the variables, and then let the system handle the rest. It's impressive!

It is inevitable for such a breaking emerging technology that it won't be super easy or smooth to use - think of the early computers for example, they needed tons of prepartion, learning and practice to manage to navigate and use them effectively. Same is here - the tech is very early stage and you need to do quite some experimentation both in terms of the way you record the video visually (position, gestures and importantly - lighting), as well as your wording - BHuman have strict guidelines on that, an example of which is the rule to keep your personalized sentences as short as possible. If you diviate from those best practices and guidelines, the results you end up with are unusable (for now). Moreover, when you do follow the guidelines, the personalization still feels far from perfect and leaves a lot to be desired, but at least is usable.

Overall: BHuman is really intuitive to use. It took me all of about 5 minutes to figure out how to use the platform, and generate personalised videos. But what was best was the customer support. I managed to get in-depth technical advice and guidance from very knowledgable people, and they patiently worked with me every step to get the integration done. Brilliant team and a truly exceptional product.

Overall: BHuman is super exciting platform and I can't wait to see it grow and improve upon its technology. When you put in the time to find the perfect recording setup and wording of your script, the technology can indeed produce some material that was never before possible in our time - at least not so openly accessible to everyone.

Overall: Poor customer service. Manager as auto AI Email replies enabled and suggested a Zoom Call but never replies when trying to organize.
