Our customers use Coupa and we submit invoices through Coupa.
In my experience with the latest version of Coupa the UI is a disaster - Verified User in InternetMid-Market(51-1000 emp.)
It is not user friendly at all, in fact probably one of the most non-friendly systems you could use. Yes, now our processes are not manual, instead it takes 10 approvals and then you find out you didnt check a checkbox correctly and have to start over. Its a full time job for our finance team answering questions on this system. Would never purchase again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
