Image Relay Ratings and Reviews

Overall: We use Image Relay as the hub for our completed works. From print to video and of course our photo assets. It meets the need for a file-sharing platform, creative repository and public-facing digital asset portal. With thousands of clients, and hundreds of internal stakeholders, it is easy enough to use that little to no training is needed and sharing is as simple as can be. We recently upgraded to have access to "Showcase Collections" and the addition of a public portal - these additions are truly fantastic and have made a huge difference in the professional appearance, and ease of use of our assets for clients.

We use Image Relay to organize our digital photo and video archives, which include content that dates back to the founding of our organization in 1899. Before we worked with Image Relay, this content was stored on our network. It took up a ton of space and was difficult for our team to navigate. Image Relay makes it easier for us to sort, search, display, and share decades of our digital assets.
The AI tagging terms are too generic to really be helpful to us. When we did our initial upload the system couldn't pull in old dates, so everything has a date of the day it was uploaded. It will be a while before searching by "most recent" works properly.
