The simplicity of Image Relay is exactly what my team needed. With the onslaught of new tech and software to learn, taking on a new DAM was daunting, but IR made the implementation straight foward and worked to customize what we needed. They're customer service was supberb with quick replies. Uploading has been an easy process with bulk uploading and tags along with good speeds. I love the ability for Image Relay to be able to generate easy to product pages with key attributes for all teams and the degree of modularity it brings. Ease of use with sales cataogs and other visual tools is such a time saver too, gone are the days of doing 4-6 hours of work with creative teams to generate a catalog.Our integration was handled quickly and efficently with a very supportive account rep who handled implementation handidly. 2. If a non user is sent a link to a folder owned by an Image Relay user, there is no option to download the entire folder at once. This makes it hard for your users to share "THEIR" files with non users. Other asset management tools have much more flexibility in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Image Relay is a fantastic asset management tool. We use it to organize, save, and share our photo gallery, video files, and marketing files like logos, publications, etc. We have several different departments that use Image Relay including the marketing staff, development staff, and artistic staff. It is a great way to keep all of our assets organized and in one place that is easy to share and update.

We use Image Relay to organize our digital photo and video archives, which include content that dates back to the founding of our organization in 1899. Before we worked with Image Relay, this content was stored on our network. It took up a ton of space and was difficult for our team to navigate. Image Relay makes it easier for us to sort, search, display, and share decades of our digital assets.
We can access our digital files from any location with an internet connection. We can share high-res photo collections with outside parties in just a few clicks. We can search 120 years of photo and video archives by using keywords.

We use Image Relay as a digital asset management tool, primarily for photography. Our primary clients are internal, specifically our marketing and communications office. It allows our small team of 10 to be able to browse images quickly and keep them organized and accessible via keywording.
It would be nice to be able to select multiple photos during a bulk upload to keyword, right now you can only select one or all. Default alphabetization of folders or control of how they get sorted. Being able to create a new collection from within collections.

Image Relay is an easy-to-use Digital Asset Management system that helps to keep all images and video assets in one place. You can create separate folders to help keep you organized with easy uploads, monitoring, and management, of all files from one centralized and secure place in the cloud. This has helped us share and receive images from our clients to help us understand what assets they have available for different campaigns and such. There is almost no time to implement as it is extremely user-friendly. I do wish there was an app for quick transfers on the go!
It would be great if there was an app to use! There is very limited customer service at this time. Can be expensive for video file storage.

We use Image Relay to organize our media assets and share those assets, both inside our organization and with external partners. It has made our collection of photographs, infographics, and videos a lot more accessible for everyone, resulting in better use of their assets.
The Adobe plugins could perform better Tagging multiple files (vs individually or all files) during upload would be nice Displaying more than 100 files per page would be handy

As I said above in having multiple properties with different overall approach our biggest win was creating a keyword library to standardize asset collection across our resorts. It then provided a simple way to find what we or someone externally was looking for. Created an efficient way to help our brands achieve goals through their visuals.
