Splitting the chat windows automatically changes the session you are viewing when you click on it. I get the point, but I wish there was an option to disable that. History & Notes section is easy to forget about. If another technician inputs data there during their session, you are never notified that there are new notes, the next time you connect to the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
