I oversee an intranet site for a Fire Department with over 600 employees. Because the site is behind a login, we were limited in what search tools I could embed in the website. We also did not have thousands of dollars to sink into subscribing to a big expensive service full of bells and whistles we didn't need. I came across Site Search 360 after more than two years of searching for a solution, and it checked all the boxes. It could access our site and index all our many, many documents and pages. I was also able to embed it on the site and style it in a way that made it appear to be a seamless part of the site itself (unlike some of the options I'd investigated which took you off-site to a landing page to see your results). When I've encountered problems, the staff have been quick to help me, despite being half a world away. They also helped me get our service billing aligned with our annual budget timing.
