5.0I've been using Aircall in my job where I arrange and help team tasks, and here's what I think works really well about it. We easily got our users set up and the computer program works perfectly on different types of computers. It also works well with both iPhone and Android phones. Our team members who are usually moving around a lot like this feature very much. The help given to customers was really good, mostly during the first learning times which made everything very easy. 2.0The client on application on users machines works great. Admin portal seems fast, and to setup new users is easy. But wait to you get to large groups.....painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.0The management dashboard that Aircall has created makes it easy to manage mulitple lines, multiple users, and multiple implementations. They have an extremely robust reporting system - and by robust, I mean in depth and breadth. You can collect data on EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. It was fairly simple to get it up and running. 0.0P.S. Yes they like hidden policy changes and messed up pricing after policy changes, because this is not the first time it happen. (Few months ago, they removed starter plan which also caused similar problem but not as serious as this time as that was actually an upgrade of features) . And there are some bugs that never fixed since the day I use Aircall, for example the ever fail to change user email address, and something more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Once they have you into a contract they will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Horrid connections, dropped calls, missed calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10.0Currently, Aircall is being used across our whole organization although it's only in a testing phase for our sales department. We use it daily for communications to our customers and partners. One of the main advantages for us is the integration with HubSpot. This helps us to save time because we can dial right from a record in HS and all our calls our auto-logged.
Aircall's integration with HubSpot is fantastic. I can call from anywhere in HubSpot and know that my call is logged automatically. During my call, I have easy access to a contact's record and can pull up any information I need in just the click of a button. The only limit I've found is that it doesn't (yet?) auto-log to tickets. This seems to be pretty common among other integrations so it wasn't seen as a con in our buying decision. I really like the Aircall dashboard and being able to customize who has access to what number. We even have the ability to give outbound calling privileges only to certain team members. It's also great that you can set up each individual number's answer tree to ring to the correct person. There's a lot of cool features that don't make sense for our particular business, but I think Aircall's metric tracking and coaching abilities would be really useful for a lot of teams. I remember in my first call hearing about a feature where a manager can listen in and "whisper" tips to a rep during a call that only the rep would be able to hear. I can see how this would add value in a coaching situation.
10.0It is being used across the board, especially in sales and customer success. No problems so far. Previously we were using Skype, but Aircall is way better than that. We don't have to do everything manually now. It's perfect since it can log everything in our CRM tool; PipeDrive. I'd recommend it to everybody.
Integration with our CRM. No manual workload. Time saver. Power call session in order to increase call numbers.
10.0Aircall is a great tool for our company during the pandemic! We are remote workers now, and this has been a life-saver. It is easy to use, and very dependable. It is a necessity in this day and age to have something like this available to companies. I would recommend Aircall to any company who utilizes the work from home agenda.

5.0Overall: Aircall has been a crucial tool for us as we've significantly enhanced our call tracking capability across a significant team. The integration with Hubspot is absolutely crucial. The ability for our team to use Aircall within Hubspot is incredibly valuable and an absolute must for any team that wants to make it as easy as possible for the team to adopt. The other critical thing to mention is, Aircall helps dial much faster which is excellent.
5.0Overall: It facilitates both inbound and outbound call management. I like how simple it is to make an outgoing call. The time zone and area code are shown automatically, warning us to tread carefully in case of a time zone mismatch.
5.0Overall: I've used this for over four years and introduced it at companies I've worked and consulted with. It's easy to use, low price, and the features are top-notch.
1.0Overall: The worst VoIP service we have ever used.
