5.0Speed of data is everything in web and Algolia provide results back in milliseconds! Despite having nearly 2 million records, Algolia allows users to search results quickly and return the most relevant results accurately. Using DSN's (A Search CDN), we are able to provide these speeds globally. My developers were able to develop a solution that intergrated into our current framework within two weeks thanks to the great documentation and JS library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5Setting up and integrating algolia is a breeze compared to elasticsearch. The documentation is really well written and overall the developer experience is good. As for search, it does exactly what it advertises which is fast search. They now have AI which i have yet to use but I am glad that they are keeping up with new tech. I have only dealt with customer support once and they were pretty responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5Algolia has a powerful indexing system, with a distributed network of databases across the planet. We make use of their Distributed Search Network (DSN) feature to reduce latency for international visitors. Response times have been reliably rapid since we started working with their platform 6+years ago. Their UI is easy to use and our team had no trouble working with their API to implement a custom designed solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Their customer service is non existent and have been continuing to take money for months and refuse to answer emails or action what's been requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Support replies are super bad. My two clients wasted time and money. The search was not live, and algolia charged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Been screwing around with trying to implement this for several months. Supposed to be a less complicated and non-developer friendly alternative to elastic search. It's far from it. Our search is now riddled with bugs and our collection pages have clusters of similar products on them with no rhyme or reason. Waste of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0The best feature of Algolia for us is it's ability to crawl content within a PDF that wasn't even hosted on the domain Algolia was installed in. But overall, it was useful in filtering for a variety of taxonomies and improving site usability.
5.0Rapidit et pertinence des rsultats et il est facile dans l'intgration
5.0Algolia is a very nice search engine : documentation is very nice, nice documentation. You can have quick result, and the integration is simple
2.0It was not "plug and play". The implementation is integrated in the website and you need to work on the interface before you can implement it correctly.
3.0The product is complete, perfectly easy to use, intuitive.
4.0Al ser tan potente filtra incluso lo que no me interesa que se muestre y hay que ir eliminndolo a mano.

10.0Algolia powers all of our search functionality on our browse page and from the header across the site. Specifically, we use the react instant search package with a custom hierarchical menu for category selection and react locations for location selection and the default pagination. We also use Algolia for our search auto suggestions and recommendations. We also use Algolia to solve interesting business problems and tasks such as categorizing user-generated item titles.
Extremely fast search results Very easy to set up, no maintenance needed from our side Efficient and easy to adapt ranking formula
10.0Currently used as a search engine for our bill payment service www.paysimply.ca . Customers are using it to find the biller that they need to pay. The fuzzy logic works well and the search is better than anything we would have developed internally.
10.0We use Algolia on one of our websites where you can search for an institution to pay. It has fast searches and handles misspelled queries which were the main reasons we chose this product instead of creating something similar ourselves.
1.0Improving search for e-commerce. Fast results from large index, plus suggested and product recommendation. This improves navigation and product discovery for users (shoppers), and shortens time to product pages, and time to cart, to increase conversions. We need a rapid solution that can meet the needs of a large catalogue and users searching across lots of disparate categories
Tech support is non existent Customer service doesn’t respond Faulty billing platform Service can be blocked without warning
7.0Algolia is being used by our organization in specific departments. It is not being used by the entire organization. It is a strong search tool that is being leveraged across different internal and client facing products. It addresses some basic search optimization issues that would generally be resolved using complex algorithms.
It is very expensive compared to elastic search which is relatively free. Algolia does not support iPhone and Android, unlike Sharefile and Diqify Algolia lacks the activity tracking and email integration Algolia does not have any video tutorials.
8.0We use Algolia for our search engine needs, this comprises our end users and also our internal users (Sales agents, operations teams, and so forth). It provides an easy way to iterate on search-related features with low development time and without needing a DevOps Engineer (at the time we started using we didn't even have a DevOps team)
Analytics are a tricky thing to do and don't work right out of the box. Developer documentation isn't 100% complete and synced across sources so some things have to be inferred Their pricing had some changes which are trickier to estimate (and can be expensive)

5.0Overall: Thanks to Algolia, I integrated a search system in my project made with Angular / Fire. Now I am thinking of integrating its geo-search. Hopefully, it will be as good as your search with firestore.
4.0Overall: Overall experience has been regular. In general we needed around 2 months with 2 experienced wordpress developers to be able to implement Algolia which now works ok.
2.0Overall: The algorithm can be quite good, but you need to twist te right knobs to get that result. This also goes for the implementation.
4.0Overall: Good, but couldn't handle our big catalog.
5.0Overall: My overall experience has been excellent.
5.0"Very easy to get started"

5.0I encounter it quite often on a large number of websites, and it's really lightning fast and powerful!
