    AnyDesk does not require complex integration or installs to set up. We don't need to move to the location to get a hold of somebody elses machine.     It is the best remote access and control software that can exist. It's amazing how easy it is to use, how intuitive and user friendly its user interface can be, and how uncomplicated it is to start remote sessions on other computers and servers. In my organization we have been using it to troubleshoot our clients remotely and to streamline internal support, from printer configurations to fixes on our internal server and it makes everything simpler.     The support experience with AnyDesk has been one of the worst I can recall with a SaaS company, and has led me to conclude that, while their software is great, this is not a reliable company to solicit services from going forward.     While it is in their terms and conditions, requiring 3 months notice to cancel a renewal prior to the renewal date to me is incredibly unreasonable. Who is thinking 3 months before you have a renewal if you will renew or not? To me this is a policy to purposefully trap customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Definitely not the cost and trouble. The installation and activation process felt outdated compared to other solutions I've tried. More importantly, unlike the large majority of software providers for small business solutions, Anydesk requires you to cancel your subscription over 3 months in advance to avoid future charges. Many other providers might advance notice policies, but they often waive these requirements for small/micro businesses. Not AnyDesk. This feels like a pretty predatory practice, and I would highly recommend using a competitor more focused on the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Since the organization started using the AnyDesk tool for technical support, everything has changed and improved. The software is installed on all corporate computers. And we on the TI technical support team use AnyDesk to apply general settings, solve technical problems on Windows, install printers, scanners, drivers and software in general for users in the organization.

    AnyDesk is fundamental software and has been used for a few years by everyone at my branch. The software is installed on all employee workstations, where IT is responsible for administering the tool. AnyDesk has brought us two great benefits, the first being remote support for the purpose of helping the service desk to resolve issues and employee requests. AnyDesk's second contribution is to make working in the home office more flexible and easier, especially during the pandemic when we needed to access files from the internet network. AnyDesk allowed remote access from anywhere.

    AnyDesk remote application [gives] remote access to the computer from desktop/laptop as well as Android and Apple devices only by sharing the AnyDesk user ID. AnyDesk [guarantees] safe and reliable remote desktop connections. The ability to share files here allows us to share the data we need while using this software. The mobile phone app allows instant access to multiple devices and simultaneous working to multiple devices.

    Overall: Since they do not have a direct line to their billing department, I called their sales department and was told to make a ticket. Eventually (now months after my initial email) I got a response telling me that because I didn't let them know 3 MONTHS prior to the renewal date that I wanted to cancel that I had to pay the bill and couldn't cancel until the following year! I asked them to be flexible since I had waited forever for them to actually respond to me (never were my billing@anydesk.com emails ever directly responded to). A week or two later I would get a response back basically saying nope - I owe them money. They new I wasn't using the software for the months of trying to get them to answer and clarification. Instead of showing some sense of flexibility with their lack of response (which if I heard back from them in time would have given me time to cancel my other software and pay them and use their software). As a customer, they want me to be fine with them taking an unreasonably long time to respond to billing questions, yet as a company they are incredibly rigid and not willing to show any flexibility with customers - especially as we try and come out of a pandemic!     Overall: I use Anydesk at work but also during my free time when I need to remote connect to another computer to give assistance. Never hangs and requires very little resources, plus it's very easy yo use for everyone and makes my work easier and faster as i can fix many problems without the need to be "on site".

    Overall: Anydesk allows me to give assistance or simply doing maintenance task to remote computer comfortably from my office desk, so I save time and money. Anydesk runs smoothly and never hangs, little hardware requirements. Just be sure to have a stable and fast enough data line.
