AnyDesk does not require complex integration or installs to set up. We don't need to move to the location to get a hold of somebody elses machine. It is cheaper and helps make up for such suspicion of commercial use. Its connection is surprisingly fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the best remote access and control software that can exist. It's amazing how easy it is to use, how intuitive and user friendly its user interface can be, and how uncomplicated it is to start remote sessions on other computers and servers. In my organization we have been using it to troubleshoot our clients remotely and to streamline internal support, from printer configurations to fixes on our internal server and it makes everything simpler. The support experience with AnyDesk has been one of the worst I can recall with a SaaS company, and has led me to conclude that, while their software is great, this is not a reliable company to solicit services from going forward. I do not plan to renew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is in their terms and conditions, requiring 3 months notice to cancel a renewal prior to the renewal date to me is incredibly unreasonable. Who is thinking 3 months before you have a renewal if you will renew or not? To me this is a policy to purposefully trap customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely not the cost and trouble. The installation and activation process felt outdated compared to other solutions I've tried. More importantly, unlike the large majority of software providers for small business solutions, Anydesk requires you to cancel your subscription over 3 months in advance to avoid future charges. Many other providers might advance notice policies, but they often waive these requirements for small/micro businesses. Not AnyDesk. This feels like a pretty predatory practice, and I would highly recommend using a competitor more focused on the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I chose Anydesk as an alternative to another remote access program that I previously used but has now limited my remote connections. Switching to AnyDesk was the best decision made by the support team of the company I work for.The software is simple, intuitive and for private use is free. With it you can remotely access a desktop from another computer, which can be added to a contact list, you can transfer files between machines. You can also set an alias for your machines, making it easy to control without having to remember a sequence of numbers to connect.
Easy to use. You can choose an alias for your machine instead of a number ID. It has a good mobile app. It does not consume much RAM or slow down the machine upon startup.

AnyDesk is a relatively new application that we make use of for support on the various software applications that we make use of. AnyDesk is seamless and has helped tremendously.

We mainly use it remotely and it played a very vital role during the pandemic of Covid 19, as we depended on it massively. It was very fast and easy to install and connect with others. Quick access to the computers. All you need is for the computer to be on. We handled all our issues with a third-party partner by connecting AnyDesk. Security and safety are guaranteed.
Easily manage work remotely by accessing the AnyDesk. Able to transfer files quickly and efficiently. We manage meetings and clarifications for suppliers and third parties in a professional way. Compatible with mobiles, laptops, and computers so you don't have issues with devices. Support and assistance team are very helpful.
