All of my invoices are in one central location and can be accessed anytime. The top toolbar is clear and organized. When searching for invoices, I like how you can search by PO, Receipt #, ect so that your results are narrowed down and you only get exactly what you are searching for. It takes a long time to get this system up and running. We've gone through UAT for over 3 months because they keep providing us a system that doesn't work properly. Beware the punch-out option isn't as simple as it seems and it cost $250 per month per vendor to do a punchout. A lot more negatives then positives. The cost is high for Basware. Basware's training material is not up-today. They provided out-dated info. During development they provided us out-dated documents and spreadsheets to work from - it cause a lot of duplicated effort to redo and provide them with information (we provided them with data and then a few weeks later they would ask for it in a different format with additional data - really frustrating because you'd expect them to know what they need) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: Basware is one of the leading purchase-to-pay/invoice processing platforms. The workflow engine allows the implementation of kind of an approval process regardless of detail and exceptions. This power however comes with a price, the implementation can be challenging and the implementation learning curve can be sometimes steep. Consolidated reports are very useful and the ERP integration is sold, which is a must-have for any kind of P2P Platform.

Overall: Overall Basware is a very good invoice processing tool, it can make your work more efficient and can bring you many solutions. It is highly user friendly and will help you with most of the tasks. However, I do believe that it can have some improvements.
